• Strategic plan that outlines detailed strategies and action items that ladder up to the team goals/vision
• Individual team member action planning documents that link directly to the strategic plan
• Metrics and timeline tracking document to monitor progress

TIMEFRAME = 90 Days

TEAM RESOURCE COMMITMENTS:

• Leadership team two-hour goals/vision planning session
• Leadership program planning calls (up to five hours)
• Full day all team participation in strategic planning session
• Individual team member planning calls and document review (up to three hours)
• All team participation in two-hour decision making/roles & responsibilities wrap up session

TEAM OUTCOMES:

• Clear direction for the next 12 months
• Clear understanding of how each team member contributes to success
• Organization for tracking how the team is progressing against the plan
