CORPORATE PATH LEADERSHIP DELIVERABLES:
- Formal management skills pre-evaluation to determine future areas of focus for the participant
- Monthly management effectiveness goals for the participant
- Exercises for the participant to leverage with the team
- Final report with future action planning ideas for the participant
TIMEFRAME = 90 to 180 Days
TEAM RESOURCE COMMITMENTS:
- Bi-weekly management mentoring calls (up to three hours per month)
- Implementation of exercise and mentoring feedback into regular team interactions
MANAGEMENT PARTICIPANT OUTCOMES:
- Spotlight on areas of strengths and needed change
- Practice of new management effectiveness behaviors and actions
