Program – Leadership Development Mentoring

CORPORATE PATH LEADERSHIP DELIVERABLES:

  • Monthly leadership development workshops (two hour sessions for six months)
  • Monthly individual mentoring sessions to apply workshop content to participant
  • Exercises for the participant to leverage with the team
  • Final report with future action planning ideas for the participant

TIMEFRAME = 180 Days

TEAM RESOURCE COMMITMENTS:

  • Monthly mentoring calls (up to two hours per month)
  • Monthly leadership workshop participation (two hours per month)
  • Implementation of exercise and mentoring feedback into regular team interactions

  • Spotlight on areas of strengths and needed change
  • Practice of new management effectiveness behaviors and actions
