Program – Leadership Development Mentoring
CORPORATE PATH LEADERSHIP DELIVERABLES:
- Monthly leadership development workshops (two hour sessions for six months)
- Monthly individual mentoring sessions to apply workshop content to participant
- Exercises for the participant to leverage with the team
- Final report with future action planning ideas for the participant
TIMEFRAME = 180 Days
TEAM RESOURCE COMMITMENTS:
- Monthly mentoring calls (up to two hours per month)
- Monthly leadership workshop participation (two hours per month)
- Implementation of exercise and mentoring feedback into regular team interactions
PARTICIPANT OUTCOMES:
- Spotlight on areas of strengths and needed change
- Practice of new management effectiveness behaviors and actions
